Job Description:

Job Summary:  The primary responsibility of this position to receive visitors to the Company and promptly answer incoming calls. The position directs visitors or transfers callers to the requested party.  When visitors and callers are uncertain about whom to contact, this position gathers information to determine how to assist them. A general understanding of the Company and the functions of each department is necessary for answering routine questions and efficiently directing customers.  This position also supports the escrow and title departments in by performing general support tasks.

Open incoming orders, set up files, complete listing package requests and other customer service requests and duties.  Reviews information for accuracy and compares to current property tax records, pull maps, and other pertinent data.

Qualifications:  This position will require an individual who possesses the following:

  • Must possess proficiency with standard software such as Word, Excel, Windows and technology in general
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and professional demeanor
  • A minimum of 2 years of title, banking or other experience
  • A commitment to accuracy, organization and must be able to administer multiple projects
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and an aptitude for making good decisions and meeting deadlines
  • The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Experience in problem recognition and solving
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to changing work flow
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
